The Body Balm really is a little pot of wonder and always gets fabulous feedback by those who use it.  It’s rich and luxe and can be used for a multitude of skin conditions and issues.   And while it does tend to be more of a go to winter product it is versatile and a must have through summer.

We keep one in our bathroom cabinet and it’s perfect to take to the beach or summer picnics and have it on hand for the following –

1.Insect bites
This summer it feels like the mozzies have been out in force.  No matter what I use, I still get bitten and so the body balm has been awesome to help calm the sting and itch.  Great for any insect bite – sand flies, ants, mozzies etc.

2. Rashes
Whether it’s a rash or chaffing from wet swimmers or sand stuck to your skin.  This balm helps condition and soothe.

3. Dry skin
Cracked heels, scratches, cuts, salty or chlorine laden skin, hard working hands, or any skin that needs a really good dose of nourishment and moisture.
TIP – this is wonderful as a hand treatment too – apply a little to your hands and pop on some cotton gloves over the top – this helps lock in all that rich, repairing butters and oils and still allows you to do things while your hands absorb the lovely balm.

4. Blisters, burns and bruises
Perfect to soothe and repair skin that’s seen a little too much sun or a burn from cooking.

5. Night cream/balm
We have a few of our wonderful customers who love using this as a face cream of sorts.  A tiny amount is all you need and applying to slightly damp skin is best.  It’s especially great in winter when the cold weather really takes the moisture out of our skin.

Ingredients –
The botanical oils are packed anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties from chamomile, calendula, hemp seed, coconut oil and beeswax.  These oils and waxes help to soothe, calm and heal the skin while still allowing skin to breathe.

Essential oils of lavender, patchouli and frankincense, aid in relieving irritation, repairing and rejuvenating cells.

The best thing is you only need the tiniest bit!  Start with a micro amount and work it into the skin, (on damp skin works best).  Applying a little more as needed.

A perfect addition to your skincare routine or a must have for the first aid kit.
